Roebuck House. Heritage Project

The Roebuck Inn. A grade two listed public House within the town of Melbourne in Derbyshire was purchased by its current owner in 2008 with the intention to convert the property into a residential dwelling from a public house.

Both planning and listed consent was appproved in the early part of 2010. Some roofing work commenced in July 2010 with the Pub finally closing its doors for the final time in January 2011.

3d Surveyscan were involved for the first time in november 2011 to complete both internal and external scans.

Producing Data that would be used to record the existing building condition and to assist with the design of the property.

The project was completed in May of 2013.
